Founded in 2019 by Italian architect Gaia Sonzogni, GAIA/S STUDIO specializes in contemporary, organic, and sustainable design. With over a decade of experience in luxury home and condominium development, Gaia has completed over 100 projects, including work on iconic buildings like Armani/Casa Residences.

The firm takes a holistic approach, blending creativity with functionality, to craft distinctive spaces tailored to each client’s personality. GAIA
Principal
Gaia is an Italian architect and designer based in Miami, known for her holistic and mindful approach to high-end residential architecture. Trained at Politecnico di Milano and with over a decade of experience in Miami’s design and development scene, she blends Italian elegance with sustainability and contemporary minimalism. As founder of Gaia/s Studio, she leads projects from concept to completion, integrating architecture, interior design, and branding into one cohesive vision.
ILAZ
Structural Art Consultant
Ilaria Bochicchio, known as Ilaz, is an Italian multimedia artist whose work blends abstract expressionism, performance, and symbolic storytelling. Based between Milan and New York, her art has been exhibited internationally. Since 2024, she has been an integral part of Gaia/s Studio as in-house artist and art consultant, bringing emotional depth and narrative to each project through curated artistic interventions.
ENG. NATHALIE RUEDA
Project Manager
Nathalie Rueda is a trained civil engineer and senior project manager from Santa Marta, Colombia. At Gaia/s Studio, she leads process and quality control, ensuring every phase runs smoothly and precisely. Nathalie also oversees client and vendor relations, bridging communication and accountability across all teams.

Project Architect
Vanessa is a trained architect from Barranquilla, Colombia, specializing in drawing production, technical detailing, and quality control. With a sharp eye for precision, she ensures that every design is translated into clear, buildable documents that reflect the studio’s high standards.

CGI Artist and Project Architect Consultant
Reza Amiri is an Iranian architect and CGI artist specializing in architectural visualization. An integral part of the design process at Gaia/s Studio, he translates concepts into photorealistic imagery that captures the soul of each project. His mastery of 3D modeling and rendering brings clarity, emotion, and depth to our creative vision.
